We are so grateful for this program. Learn With Lions has helped my daughter to improve her math skills and feel more confident with the material that she is learning. She knows that if she encounters any bumps in the road, her tutor is there to help her through. She looks forward to every session with him. It has also made her want to be a part of the Learn with Lions program when she is older and attends LNHS, so that she may help others in return!<\/p><\/div> Our tutor is wonderful, she’s so patient and creative. Our daughter really enjoys her time with her and has learned so much. She’s always on time and adapts to the student’s needs so my daughter can learn better and have fun! The private lessons provide one on one interaction that keeps the child engaged and wanting to learn. If you have a topic that you would like covered specifically, they incorporate the material and build on it.<\/p><\/div> Since March of 2021 we have had over 150 high school tutors help over 200 elementary and middle school students in the Lake Nona Community! We have put in over 2000 volunteer hours in our first year and have over 30 tutors that won the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for 2022!
